Most of our smaller or lighter items will be despatched to you via Royal Mail. To ensure that your item arrives safely we usually send by Special Delivery or Recorded Signed For services. These services will require a signature upon delivery.
If you are out when a delivery is made the Postman will leave a card with contact details for the Royal Mail Depot or Post Office holding your parcel. By contacting Royal Mail you can arrange a free redelivery to the same address, or collection.
Our larger and heavier items will be dispatched to you by Parcelforce48 service. This service will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that Non Mainland UK destinations such as Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands etc require an additional surcharge which is purely a reflection of the additional cost to us from Parcel Force for any UK service over water.
Non Mainland UK addresses please add the following Parcelforce surcharges in addition to the original shipping cost, per order:
£8.50 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly (Postcodes BT,IM,TR21-25).
£6.00 - Scottish Islands
We are unfortunately unable to make Parcel Courier deliveries to BFPO or PO Box addresses at this time.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL
We ship to Europe and EU using Airsure, International Signed for, and Priority Parcel services. Please remember that no Import Fees or Customs Duties will be due to our EU customers since all our items ship from Scotland.
Shipping by Priority Parcel service with insurance, online tracking and delivery confirmation as follows:
£25 - Republic of Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg.
£37 - Austria, Greece, Portugal, Spain.
These prices are flat rate for one parcel up to 25kgs in weight and within parcelforce size restrictions. For example it is often possible to send 3 or 4 large items together in the same parcel.
Shipping quotes are available for other EU destinations. Please note, we are unable to send any items to Italy at this time.
USA, Canada and Non EU customers please be aware that you are responsible for all/any Import Fees, Taxes or Customs Duties incurred by yourself when importing items into your country, and are payable by yourself.
International customers please also ensure the item you purchase meets your local Laws, as items rejected by your country’s Customs will not have the shipping cost refunded to you.
RETURNS INFORMATION
We take great pride here at the Highland Armoury making sure that the products you order from us arrive promptly and in good condition. All items are inspected and quality checked prior to despatch and packed very carefully to ensure they arrive safely.
If there is a problem with any of the items that you have received and wish to return it, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel within seven working days of the goods being delivered, and we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item.
By contacting us first in writing by email at sales@HighlandArmoury.com (or by letter or fax), we will do our best to resolve any issue for you. Return authorisation numbers will be issued for all returns including faulty items. Please return the item to us within 7 working days with the authorisation number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel. Once the item has been inspected by our returns dept, your refund (for the original purchase price and also the original postage cost), will be refunded with 28 days.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange, or simply no longer wish to keep an item, then please contact us within 7 working days of delivery. All we ask is that the product is returned as sent, and in a re-saleable condition upon return to us. Items to qualify for an exchange or refund MUST be in 'as new' condition i.e no marks, no blemishes, no scratches, no dents, and returned with all original packaging including manufacturers box or carton.
If you are returning products please ensure they are safely packaged and you obtain a certificate of postage (free from any post office and includes insurance cover for up to £36). It is advisable that items of high value are returned by a trackable means, as proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
Any returned items received not packaged securely and, or, damaged in transit will NOT be considered for refund and will be refused or returned to you at further expense.
Return Postage costs will NOT be refunded.
Any items which arrive to you damaged during shipping should be alerted to the delivery driver and either REFUSED, or signed as DAMAGED next to your signature. Any other items which are returned to us in a condition significantly not as sent to you, and not damaged during delivery, may be deemed as malicious damage, and may NOT be considered for refund or exchange.
Sealed packaged goods like CDs, DVD's, and computer software and console games must be returned in their original unopened packaging.
Returns from buyers outwith the UK will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact us with more information regarding your product.
